Behind Bella Sol Healing & Energetics™

The Sacred Journey

Established in 2020

Bella Sol was born from my own deep healing journey—a path shaped by spiritual awakenings,

soul lessons, and divine remembrance.

What began as quiet sessions for friends, family, and those guided to me by word of mouth
slowly evolved into something undeniable: a soul calling.

During the stillness of the COVID years—when the world pressed pause—I found myself with something I never truly had before: time.

As a single mother juggling a full-time career, organizing both work and family events, and making sure my daughter was fully supported in school and life—my days had always been full.

But for a brief moment, the usual hustle softened. Life slowed down just enough for me to breathe.

In that window of stillness, I leaned into distance healing, spent sacred time in study,

and deepened my spiritual training.

For years, I offered healing in private.

But in 2025, I answered the call to create a sacred space—a sanctuary where others could return home to themselves: body, mind, and spirit.

With certifications in Reiki and multiple healing modalities,

and over a decade of intuitive development,

I officially opened Bella Sol Healing & Energetics™ in July 2025.

This space is open to everyone.
You don’t need to be on a “spiritual path” to benefit from this work.
If you're seeking clarity, peace, release, or reconnection—
you are welcome here.
